ALI has an immediate need to build two more training teams, and find teachers who will mentor national teachers after they have been trained. Training teams may go anywhere in the world to a school who wishes to partner with ALI and meets our criteria. Training time usually covers a three week period. Mentoring teams are composed of master teachers who walk beside national teachers in a modeling/mentoring process for at least four weeks of a school term. Mentor teachers live in community, developing relationships as well as effective teachers. Pray that God will open the hearts of teaching professionals to join with us in this great endeavor.
